About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with the ambition to evolve into an AI Project Manager and take a leading role in driving our Generative AI transformation. This role involves developing expertise in AI technologies and methodologies to effectively lead teams working on cutting-edge GenAI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Set the vision for the product, gather requirements, and prioritize them
Create and maintain product roadmap
Provide leadership, planning for execution and hands-on management of projects
Facilitate development of scope, deliverables, resource requirements
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet the requirements
Organise and maintain all Agile processes within the project
Coordinate the team throughout all project management phases
Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
Identify potential project risks and responding by corrective actions, risk acceptance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Track necessary data and report to top management
Continuously develop knowledge of AI stacks and Generative AI to effectively lead technical teams

Our main requirements

2+ years of commercial experience managing multiple software development projects
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Strong communication skills in English (B2 and better)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organisation
Strong analytical and problem solving / decision-making skills
High responsibility level, strong organizational skills
Successful experience in project team management
Skills in refining and planning product roadmaps
Experience facilitating product refinement sessions with cross-functional teams

Experience facilitating Product Discovery sessions
Experience in any AI/Auomation/Workflow tools like (Zapier, N8N, Make, etc...)
